Stock Exchange Automated Quotation systemThe computerised system at the London Stock Exchange which continuously updates prices and trade reports for UK securities (shares, gilts etc). SEAQ lists the market makers' bid and offer prices, together with the Normal Market Size at which those prices will be honoured.
