Magnification effect

The property of the Heckscher-Ohlin Model that changes in certain exogenous variables lead to magnified changes in the corresponding endogenous variables: goods prices as they affect factor prices in the Stolper-Samuelson Theorem; factor endowments as they affect outputs in the Rybczynski Theorem. Due to Jones (1965).
